Do you charge hourly or per project?

Per project, always. We do not charge hourly rates. Every engagement is scoped upfront and priced as a fixed deliverable. This protects you from runaway costs and makes budgeting straightforward. Ongoing retainers (for SEO, CRO, or maintenance) are priced as monthly flat fees, also agreed in writing.

What is the payment schedule for Shopify projects?

Standard payment terms are 50% on project initiation and 50% on completion, before go-live. For larger projects, we may agree on a three-milestone schedule: 40% on initiation, 30% on design approval, and 30% on completion. Payment is accepted via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS) or Razorpay.
